About the role:
You will apply your expertise in project management, system implementation and relationship management to develop strategic solutions that enhance internal efficiency and improve customer experiences. A sharp eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering projectson time are essential.

With a focus on aligning current business systems and processes with future organisational needs, you’ll play a pivotal role in achieving greater operational effectiveness, reducing costs, and elevating service standards.

Responsibilities of the role:
  • Developing and managing project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and quality control.
  • Providing detailed management reports on project progress and key milestones.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and solution providers.

What you'll bring:
You will be a motivated professional with over 10 years of proven expertise in the IT industry, specialising in information systems and project management. We are looking for a candidate with strong relationship skills who thrives in connecting and collaborating with a variety of teams.

You’ll bring a strategic mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate change, stress, and conflict with a balanced approach. With excellent planning, multitasking, and organisational abilities, you’ll thrive under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.

To best succeed in this role, you’ll have:
  • Tertiary Bachelor’s degree qualification, preferably in information systems or business studies, or extensive and comparable relevant experience
  • Experience in Change Management and Project Management is highly desirable.
