About the role:
We’re looking for a PIM Officer to join our busy and high-performing building team. Get ready to be the detective of the building world! In this dynamic role, you’ll dive into research, investigations, and reports to ensure project information is accurate and on time, all while keeping things running smoothly for the Building Services team. From processing applications to handling customer inquiries, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things building information.
You will be responsible for undertaking Project Information Memoranda research, investigation and compilation, completed within statutory time frames and processed accurately. You will also provide support to the Building Services Manager concerning customer service and communication.

You will have at least two years of experience in a building environment or administration role and have strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.

- Supporting building services staff by providing information, undertaking research and preparing reports, files and documentation.
- Processing consent applications.
- Processing enquires from the building information line both emails and phone calls.
- Administrative support.

What you'll bring:
