Acting as first point of contact for the public, you’ll be handling sales, assisting with facilities set ups and answering customer queries.

You’ll be self-motivated and enjoy working with an energetic team who have a passion for sports, health and wellness. You will be an excellent communicator and always eager to help. Working calm under pressure, you’ll also be experienced in dealing with customers’ feedback and working through solutions. An interest in the recreation or leisure industry is a bonus!

- Processing customer enquiries, membership sales, event ticketing
- Assisting with casual bookings
- Recording existing and potential members details
- Giving members of the public facility tours
- Informing members are aware of current promotions

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role• NCEA Level 2 in Sports and Recreation
- Current First Aid certificate
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
