This is an important part of our online shopping experience - offering superior customer service as we deliver customers’ orders. Deliveries must be made in full, on time, and in a safe manner, ensuring that we are fulfilling our customers' needs. This fantastic position requires someone who is a motivated and trustworthy team player.

Our online delivery service has a solid reputation for delivering excellent customer service, so applicants must be able to uphold our standards. We seek someone who can communicate well, has great customer service and can continue to build a professional relationship with our valued customers.

The key responsibilities of this role are to assist in the loading of online shopping orders and deliver them to our customers in a timely manner. You must always maintain Food Safety standards and Health & Safety standards. You should also provide excellent customer service to all of our customers, this position at times will also involve picking orders using our Transcend wave pick technology.
